how do i remove the wheel that holds the transfer rod on at the top i tryied to pry off with screwdriver no luck and gear puller just bends the wheel i want to take them off and clean and paint ....also if i use the viper skid the srx rods wont be long enough correct ?
Use a rubber mallet to hit the shaft...don't be afraid to hit it hard, mine was like superglued in there, it did came off after a few good hits....On the rods yes you will need diferent ones, but I;m sure you can modified the ones you have....Nick

Hammer is the tool...Put a piece of hardwood or brass were the bolt goes in so the threads dont get damaged and start pounding.When one side comes off drag the other wheel and axle out compleate.
