Trying to get my suspension on my viper set up for drag racing on snow,First thing i did was back the preload jam nuts on the front shocks all the way to the bottom of the threads. I then let the limiter straps out until there was about 1/4" threads on the ends left.I then put more preload on the front shock in the rear suspension and set the big shock in the rear until there was about 1" of threads left and now the rails in the back are way off the ground when sitting on a flat surface. My question is how do i get this thing to sit flat in the rear without putting preload on the front shocks?Do i need to take the last 1" out of the big shock.

Any one?? Maybe i'm doing this all wrong, just trying to get alot of weight tranfer without pulling the skis 2 feet in the air.

one major thing you could do is make the whole sled short travel. I'm sure others will chime in ..... maybe? lol

Do you mean strapping the rear suspension down so that it is always lowered in the rear? If so, i'm trying to avoid that because the guys that i will be racing will call that cheating.I'm just trying to get the best setup for racing against friends.Any one else have a suspension set up they would like to share? Any one????
