What is the easiest way to get track clips on the track? i noticed i am miss 3 or 4 on the right had side of the track... can i drop the skid out to the left and get them in? never delt with clips before, do i need some kind of crimping device to get them on?

You'll need 3 new clips and an instalation tool to do it right Joe
loosen your track all the way up and work in the sag of the track,
skid stays put,your dealer may loan one for buying the clips.
some use vise grips to crimp the clips but i like the tool,folds it better.
