I can,t believe this is actually happening.
Someone posts they want parts(no names)
I say I got parts
He says how much
I say it,s your just pay shipping
I ship parts & actually lose money.(shipping was higher plus paypal fees)
He pm,s me & complains that the free parts don,t include more free stuff & gets pissed!
He got $200 worth of parts for the cost of shipping; I lose money & am the bad guy.
tuff crowd!!!!
 

hey turk, dont let one bad apple ruin it for the rest of us. i have noticed a lot of new people on here. i have had to think twice about some deals. some of these people dont appreciate anything. keep your chin up and be jaded toward future deals.

I agree. Seems like alot of people want something for nothing nowadays. Don't even give it a second thought Turk, tell him to F-off. If he don't like it oh well, he deserves it if that's the way he's gonna act. You've given out tons of good info on TY for free, if they can't appreciate that then they don't deserve to be on the forum. People like that piss me off. :whine:

Who is this clown? :dunno: That way I know not to sell him anything.

For what it's worth Turk your contribution to TY has earned you high regard and the respect of many old and new members.
 
Exactly tell him you want your stuff back and tell him to get it else where if hes going to complain. Turk you know I love you, I have you in my sig man!
 
that sucks. hopefully it won't bite me in the @$$ with my mono temnplates.... I usually charge $10 to cover materials and shipping. usually about right, haven't had the shipping be too much yet...
 
I had somethin similar happen to me. I sold a snow flap to a guy in canada for $20 bucks and it ended up costin me about $16 to get it there. It was no big deal and the guy was greatful but I can imagine someone taking a situation like that outta hand.

Some people just dont realize that this site is all about helpin other fellow riders out - its purpose is not focused on making a buck. I havent been a member all that long and even I already get that.

Sorry to hear about that. It sucks when one jack@$$ sorta ruins it for the rest of us who are greatful and appreciate all the help and advice this site offers

It just blows me away that a guy figures he shoulda got more for free. some guys have huge kahonies. It is allmost funny

exactly why I do what I do with the templates! just glad to help someone else out because I know that the mono wasn't the easiest thing ever and it was a lot better with the template. I sure have had a lot of help from people here, trying to return the favor is all :)
