Hey guys. I had a cable pull through and i repaired the power valve and i also had a broken cable which i have replaced. I have the the headers off the sled and can feel the power valve inside the cylinder. I started the sled and i marked where the power valve motor opens up to. I can push the power valve in the cylinder to wide open, Do i want to make sure when i push it i guess it opens all the way and it's flush and i guess if i push it all the way and if it is not flush then i have some ajusting to do? I guess if i had that power valve tester it would turn the servo and open the valves for me and i would be able to see if it opens all the way and is flush. Am i making any sence?
Thanks Guys

run the motor to 900 rpm and the servo will turn counter clockwise.Mark this position with a marker. This is where the PV's need to be flush when you feel into the port. Now that you have that mark, you can turn manually to that mark when doing adjustments to the valve.

Blue how do you turn the servo now that i have the mark, i tried by hand and i couldn't. I think if i could if i use vise grips but i don't want to mark up the servo.

I just take pliers or a vise grip(lightly). It turns easy enough.Just did my adjustments a few weekend's ago.
You need to mark full open on the motor, and then adjust the valves to 2.5mm. This way they are fully open and have little give to them so that they don't pull through.
Thank-you Blue, i was on the right track, i just wanted to make sure. When you ajusted yours a few weeks ago, were they out of ajustment?
Thanks Ryan, i will check my slack tonight to. The reason for my pull through and broken cable was my pure lasyness and did not clean my power valves in the 4000kms i did last year plus i guess a broken coller bone did not help last Febuary either.
