remember to stage it. start by torqueing them down to 10ft lbs, then 15ft lbs, and then end a 20ft lbs. never go to the full torque spec, right from the get go.
 
I ususally just go with two stages. 12 ft. lbs. then 20 ft. lbs., but stage it for sure. It gives it a much more even torque.
