Hey all,
I know that the powervalve questions have been beat to hell, but I haven't heard anything about what would happen if the PV's were not adjusted properly... other than pull through if too tight?
In any case, what would you noticed if they were too tight or too loose without removing them to look at them?

Noises?
Loss of performance?
Damage?

Thanks.

Too tight will result in constant tension on the cables/valves when the servo motor is fully open, thus resulting in breaking cables and/or pulling through the valves.

Too loose will result in poor performance because the exhaust port will be partially closed, restricting the exhaust flow.

yep, peak power would be down, cause it would be like having a low exhaust port.

Right, nothing else can be damaged. The valves will not fall into the motor when the cables break of the cables pull through the valves.
