Been checking out their website for a while and finally decided it's time to order some stuff. Called them and they told me they dont carry anything for the Viper anymore!?!?!!? Why do they still show it all on their site?

Not impressed!

Anyone have sugestions or any used aftermarket stuff for a Viper? So far Hartman has been the only help. :2strokes:

I'd like to give the old girl some :bling:

Roost, I have been running HARTMAN extensions for some time and they are an awesome product. Sturdy and look great. www.Ulmerracing.com is a dealer for HARTMAN and a site sponsor. Alan can set you up with a package deal, I believe. ( Extension, track )

Also, another site sponsor is http://www.muffinworksltd.com/. Not sure for the two strokes, but you can check out the site or give them a call

I called them in Feb. when I got my tax return "$1200". I was going to buy the peak head, trailing arms, some rear suspension components, and a few other items. They had nothing!!! I asked the guy when they were going to have all this stuff in stock and he gave an answer of maybe Jan. 09. He was kinda a smart *** on the phone. I have bought only two things from them in the past and I do not see myself ever calling them again. I would assume them going out of business if they are only going to focus on selling turbos for four-strokes. Whatta joke!

i had to deal with a guy there once for my trailing arms 4 monts later i hade them and the were for a viper and not my srx. he was rude and not helpful at all. i will never use them again.

not suppose to bash advertisers though .....

Then advertisers shouldnt offer products that they dont stock or have readily available within a reasonable time(1-2weeks max.) Alot of their(MPI) 2S products they offer on their site, they really dont when it comes to ordering. My past experience with them sends my business to other vendors.

My friend told me he tried to get the transfer enhancment kit a year ago and was told they're not stocking it any more. How long can it take to update a website!?!?!?!? #$%&* #$%&*

You guys need to cantact Mac at MPI to air out these issues, doing it here will do little good. Perhaps the right people are unaware of the outdated website???

I tryed to order a few things from MPI a few days ago. i had a list of about 8 things and they only had half of it and said their not gonna get KYB shocks anymore (but it was on their site). and the guy i was talking to never knew a thing about sending parts to canada and seemed like he dident know what he was doin so i ended up not ordering from there after all...now i know for next time anyway....hartman is alot better!!

I have used both Hartman and MPI. Since I am a from Utah, If I need something I just run into MPI and pick it up. The bad news is that they don't make anywhere near as much money on the 2 strokes and they do the 4 strokes. It kinda sucks, but that is the way it is. It is just good business to focus your efforts where you are making the most money. The times I have been in there, they have always been helpful and answered all of my questions. I do think they should update there web site, and maybe hire more guys to help with orders and customer service during the fall and winter. I have always been impressed with there knowledge, and quality. Hartman is fantastic, especially if you have any tuning questions. I have been to both of there shops and I am impressed with both. MPI is a great company and have always been really helpful to me, but I can understand the frustration.

I personally have given MPI all the chances I can handle. I don't care if they are an advertiser here. Maybe this will help them realize how they need to better handle their website and advertise in catalogs. They "had" some awesome 2S parts and accessories but if they are only going to cater to 4-stroke sleds they need to advertise that.....not lead people on with all their non-existant 2S parts they advertise on their website. ARRRRRGH!!!!!
