the seal is likely to be bad inside the power valve housing. if that seal leaks, then oil gets past it, then behind the valve and then leaks out the drain hole in the bottom of the power valve housing. take out valves...clean/inspect them...reinstall them/adjust them, using NEW gaskets/seals, and have fun. congrats on the new purchase.

if the track don't ratchet (skip on the drive axle), then leave the tension alone. for taking it apart is easy. see the 4 little 4mm allen head bolts, that hold the power valve housing to the cylinder? take those 4 screws out. this will allow the valve and power valve housing to be taken out of the cylinder. next, take the black plastic cover off the servo motor, and turn the pulley by hand, so you get a bunch of slack in the cables. the valve should stick entirely out of the housing. now unhook the cable end from the valve. now let valve soak in some laquer thinner, while pulling the rest apart. while valve is soaking, take the remaining 2 little 4mm screws out of the other power valve housing (where the cable comes in), and then you can get the spring out and the spring end cap thing out. now you can clean out that big power valve housing and replace the oil seal in it and put the 2 other power valve housing gaskets in. i would do this to all 3 cylinders. i think mrviper has a writeup somewhere on all this, if you get confused. there is some info on the adjustment of the valves in the tech pages somewhere i believe. there are a couple of ways to adjust the valves and everybody has their own method. i have my way (imo...the best), but needless to say, the other methods/ways work fine too.
