My friend has a 03 viper mtn with and snowstuff can boyson reeds , reed spacers. The sled has 1200 org miles. Before mods it would turn 8500-9000 on stand now it will touch 10k on stand dose it need jet work and clutch. Other than can reeds and spacers it is all stock.

don't go off what it runs at on the stand....as there is no load on the engine. go out on the grass or snow and try it there. once the sled has a load on it, rpms will be down for sure.
ya but dose the thing need to jetted do to the can and reeds reed spacers?

Yes, reeds/spacers may make the jetting different. Boysen should be able to give you a recommendation that will get you close.
