I just bought a 2003 Mtn Viper all stock with 1300 miles. It would rev 8500 -9000on a stand then i put snostuff can boysen reeds (just the power reeds) and reed spacers. Now it's revs 10,000+ on a stand. Do I need to do jetting, and if so does anyone know what combination to go with? Or do I need to do a clutch kit?

you shouldnt even have the sled upto that kinda rpm on just a stand. you need to redo the clutching and maybe the jetting, only way to know is to check the piston wash.

Im going to HOPPEEE your not acutally reving a stock piped motor that high.
And im going to gamble to say you have a wiring rub issue on your main harness under the motor.

Honestly, I would take the sled out and run it on the ground, snow . You dont load the clutchs up on the stand like that and the rpm wont be accurate as to what it will run on the ground.
