I Am Putting Tunnel Protectors On My V-max. Do I Need To Take The Front Drive Out, What Is The Procedure For This. 2002 Vmax 700

no....you need a long drill bit to drill the main hole(3/8???) in the bump out in the front of the tunnel and smaller 3/16" bit for the small flange rivets....be careful and check under the hood for gas and oil lines or anything else you can poke with the drill bit....it can be a bitch to drill them upper holes just take your time...

What About The Tunnel Protectors Themselves. The Plastic Hockey Stick Like Things. Is It Possible To Put Those In Without Removing Track Nad Drive.
you can do it with the seat off. You want the rivet heads up under the seat anyways. Maxdlx
you may want to drop the skid and take the seat off....the front most rivets are the toughest..
