I am looking at buying a 2000 SXR700. The sled has 9000 miles on it. It has CPR triple pipes, clutching, gearing, and a 1.25 track. The sled is in ok condition. It needs a piston and a cylinder. What do you think is a fair offer?
Maybe. But look what the buyer needs to do right away; cylinder, piston and with 9,000 miles who knows what else it needs?? The money can add up pretty quick. He also says its only in ok condition. The link I posted is for a super clean one with half the miles stretched to 136 for only $2,200......97srxXT said:$500 wtf? The seller could part it out and get over $1000 all day long. If someone offered me that on that sled I'd show them the door.

I hear ya. I'm just thinking the guy would be better off with the 136 incher in the link I provided. No, it isn't my sled nor do I know the seller lol.............blueblooded said:9000 miles!!!.......its a yamaha, its just getting broken in!!!
