well with plans to move to florida i sold all my sleds & toys.decided to build the truck.a little & here is the paint finally done.tell me what you guys think.but i still wish i had my nytro now.got over foot of snow just since last night & we already had some. :o|..im located in west leydan ny if any1 noes where that is.anyway here is my winter project. fresh out of the garage still stoned from the paint fumes but i stoped procrastinating the truck & got something done. by summer the 360 should be dropped in & hopefully the interior. this truck was white.now it is pr4(red) black & silver from a 09 lexus.this silver is awesome.im hoping to paint my jeep this color.i wanted to go more extreme with the design but the way this body is it just dont look right.so i kept it simple & glad i did. tell me what you think good or bad.not that it matters becuase this is what it is staying but just wondering what others would think driving it down the road.thanks

retape and cobweb that silver strip with some yellow and orange. like the color sceme.

and of coarse, it is a dodge truck, love that tooo.
 
Amen to that - Mopar or No Car!

Truck looks good man, should look pretty sweet once its all back together. Did it have a 318 before the 360? I swapped out the 318 for a 360 in my good olde Ram and I love the difference. The 318 was a good motor for sure but kind of a dog, 360 is waaay better. (Sounds pretty sweet with true duals, hooker headers and no cats too)

From the pics it looks like it was a 4x4? You plan to play with the ride height?

3.9 swap. & the lift is a 3in body with 20's & new 33's..it's not going to have true duals but cutting off the cat & going with a gibson 1 in & 2 out.not sure how its gonna sound but i got the exhuast cheap & it's brand new

i know what a beer fund is.but my beer fund was just that... :EXER: for the beer that made me procrastinate the project.lol needed something to wash all the sanding dust down with.
 
Glad you're familiar with a beer fund, kinda had me worried for a minute...

Sh!t, goin from a 3.9 to a 360 is gonna be like night and day fo sho! The sad thing is tho, they get almost the same mpg's! I sold my old Dakota with a 3.9 in it with 197,000 on it and still goin strong (I beat the hell outta that truck too) Again, good motors but no balls,, NO balls.

Cool project man, Should be fun to drive when it done. It'll be a head turnner for sure! Keep us posted on your progress.
