99 SRX Skid sawp - HELP!!!

I just bought a 99 SRX 600. I can get an 02 ZR 800 Cross Country skid for almost nothing. I've read about putting the Edge skids in SRX's. Has anyone ever put a Cat skid underneath? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same set up & was going to do the swap but i fell into a sweet m-10 deal. the draw back with the handlebar adjuster is (the Fox units were much better than the ACT)is you have to back them off every night or if they stick when they do it puts pressure on the front of the skid(hyfax).Do a search on a members post(Sno-Xr) he has 2 links from a Viper it should be the same. hope it helps.I found a pic of a swap but i dont know where i got it it saws yamacat i'll send it to you.Hope that helps. send me pics when your done. Yup there are a couple of people here that have them. Here are a couple of pictures of mine. It has a 2005 zr 900 sno pro suspension. pretty easy installation with sno-xr's dimensions. The ride is much better than the proaction and a more durable suspension.

You guys are awesome! So where do I get Sno-xr's dimensions? Also does the track matter? This sled only has 600 original miles so the track is fine or do I need to swap?

Here are the dimension. they are sno-xr's dimension so give him the credit. you dont need to change the track unless you have an extended length cross country suspension, like a 136 or 144.

Just an update, I am getting an 02 Cat Smart Ride? But using Fox shocks. Same skid as the CC but it is black anodized! It should look trick! I'll post picks as soon as its done.
