I think we're looking into buying in Canada. It was a pain to get all of the paperwork for my sled. Thanks though.
akrievins said:Crewchief, I took a look at that build, and forwarded all of this info to my bro.
Where is the sled located and how far away are you from us. We're in Mississauga, ON. Looks like you put a great deal of time into that sled.
I'm near Windsor, probably between 3.5-4 hours. Flying J in London is about 1:45 for me if that helps.

you can find a really nice sled for around 2000 bucks...i looked at a bunch of vipers in that range in good shape. i paid 2500 for a 2002 viper with only 1800 miles on it...mint shape...look at some vmax's, 1998-2000, you can find a good sled for a good price and be happy

but the one thing that the people who live in the USA dont really realize is that in Canada we pay alot more for sleds, I don't know why, but tjsands, you said that the 2002 Viper you payed 2500 for only has 1800 miles, here I think you would be lookin' at at least $4000, so 2000-2500 will get you an alright sled, but nothing that hardly has a scratch with low miles. 2800 is what I payed for my 2001 Mountain Lite with almost 10k or about 6000 miles down in the USA.
I would say for you to stay away from the Cat, they are fast, but burn alot of gas, and not as reliable IMO. For $2400 her in canada, I'd look for a 1998 SRX or a Vmax 700 SX, something like that.
