I need to buy new rollers and weights for my 03 Viper, last year I ruined my one of my rollers and the other two looked like they were ready to go. I have went online and looked at the part diagrams there is two different size inside rivet weights ones a 13.3MM part # 90261-06019-00 and one is a 17.2MM part # 90261-06033-00 (#25 on primary sheave diagram). Which rivets do I need for a SX Viper, not and ER or MTN? Also is there a place I can but the rivets already in the weight comp.? If not how do you put the rivets in the weights? Right now I’m buying Rollers, weights, washers and the bushing for the primary sliding sheave, does that sound right? Thanks I really appreciate it!

I just went to the tech page and I believe that it 13.9 out and 17.2 in. Why would they list two different sizes for one sled?

Personally i would look into a clutch kit if I were in your shoes. Something like heavy hitters or heel clickers, their totally adjustable and make a big difference in performance. Sounds like the perfect situation to justify one if your looking into buying new wieghts anyway.......my .02

Where do I find a clutch kit online and how much $$ am I looking at? I don't know much about sleds mechanics, so what do clutch kits do performance wise? I don't want to lose acceleration or top end speed.

there are alot of places to find them online, site sponsers im sure carry them. I use the heelclicker kit, the theroy behind this kit is the clutches are able to grab the belt alot tighter causing less slip (which is the theory of any clutch kit i guess) and get more power to the track. I gained huge acceleration on my SRX but lost perhaps 5-10 MPH off the top (still pulled 110 ish on the dream meter) with the recommended set up in the pamphlet. I'm currently in the process of trying to get my top end back through some tweaking, im trying a different helix right now which should therotetically give me a hair more accel and bring my top speed back around, then possibly some secondary spring tuning or a different helix yet. Part wise they usaully come with a primary spring, wieghts, pins or screws to tune the wieghts and sometimes secondary springs or custom helixs (such as my ski doo has)....hope this helps!

Use the search function to read about different clutch set-ups for after market stuff. If you go with something after market, you will want to look for what works best with your riding style. Top end for lake racing, aggressive acceleration for trails, or something in the middle that will give better acceleration but not lose too much top end.
The different rivets are simply what weight it took with the 8ek arms that came stock on Vipers to get target rpm. 17.2 steel is 4.5grams & 13.9 steel is 3.6grams. There are several other weight rivets, there has to be so that target rpm can be dialed in when changes are made; gearing, pipes, cold air intake, reeds, track, etc.
