Check out this link! Kind of interesting. I've heard it may be direct injection with variable timing and /or compression. Also heard there is the possibility of using popet valves to allow air into the cylinder so fuel or air does not have to pass through your crank enabling 4-stroke type lubrication. I am in now way an expert on this but simply repeating what I have read. Sounds interesting though.
