Was checking the sled (96 vmax XT) over before trying to start it and when I watched the oil pump when playing with the throttle i noticed it pulls open fine when opening the throttle and returns about 1/2 - 2/3 then slows as it closes the rest of the way which it does fine. Not sure if this is normal or maybe the lines are a little froze up until I run it a while and brake them free. Unfortunetly i couldn't start the sled after about 30-50 pulls (appears theirs some water in the system thats froze i assume or something in the carbs i don't see any gas showing in the lines as I pulled it over(with ignition off).

Maybe the pull cable is hanging some?,return spring on the pump arm good?
should start to work after the sleds back in use.
try some premix down each hole then start, you may have to do it 3-4 times

Ya i was thinking it was from the cold causing some binding in the cable. Hopeing there isn't any water froze up in the gas lines i am gonna try some more tonight and see if i can get some gas in there the lines don't show any signs but hopefully dropping some in the cylinders will get it primed.
Gonna put new springs on the muffler on the dx so i can take it for a spin to see if i have to rejet after dropping to the gyt single from the gyt twins.

Well the pump is operating fine now and the sled is running good. Looks like it was all user error, i pulled it over tooooooo much with the key off causing too much oil to be pumped into the gas and flooding it with oil found and excessive amount in the carbs when we cleaned them. Put them back on check the gas lines and it fired right up after about 8 pulls or so.
