bluewho said:The thing is dave the rods are not meant to adjust the heigth of the sled. They are meant to limit the transfer with the top gap and stop Transfer if you will the other way so the front end does not take the full weight of the sled when off the gas or hitting the brakes. If you lifted the sled with viper shocks i say to lift the front of your sled before you even think about the rods because the lenth you need will change and you will be at it again. As somebody said the reason the back of the track is in the air is because you have not adjusted the front to leval the sled out.
hey do you have pic of your long travel srx

They are viper shocks. And those are shocks not transfer rods.Fronts are viper as well. The differance i found useing the front holes is that you have weight pushing down before the wheels giveing you more traction. When you set up the sled dont try to have it realy high or it will ride like a camel.Lossen the springs and try for a soft ride.

will wait foe front lift kit and try to leave transfer rods in back holes and try to set track level i think it will work i hope

You have raised the rear of the sled to viper specs but the front is still srx spec so you are out 11/2 or so because you dont have viper trailing arms that are higher. And with the shorter shocks you have now you lose another 1/12 or so.Thats 3' out of spec!Thats why it is in the air.
