Pod and light upgrade on a 99 srx

Could someone fill me in on what I would have to do to upgrade my 99 srx to a double light like the 2000's. Also, will I be able to do this with out buying a new hood.

stator ,guage pod,light,windsheild, reuse you hood ....i belive thats all you need to do it ....

Just one question, Do I need to have my stator rewound or can I just find one from a 2000 and up (will it bolt in the same as a 99)?

they will bolts at same place but the crank trigger will not fit cause the flywheel is smaller u will need to do some welding to install the new crank trigger... u will need stator ,flywheel,harness,cdi ,relay ect
