1. What would a piston dome and spark plug look like if there is a slight coolant leak into the cylinder? I was losing some coolant on the viper, but it ended up being a loose hose clamp that leaked. But I'm wondering now what it would have looked like had coolant actually been leaking into a cylinder. I was losing about and inch in the tank on a 20 mile ride, so not very much. Would that be enough to cause a problem, or even show up on the plug/piston wash?

2. Can you torque the head a little tighter than spec, as insurance against a leak? I thought I read somewhere on this forum about others torquing their head bolts to 25-30 ft lbs instead of 20 ft lbs.

3. I've had this one rolling around in my head for awhile now - The mag side cylinder on the viper has a different compression ratio than the other 2 cylinders, correct? How does that affect plug and piston wash readings? All else equal, will that cylinder run leaner than the other 2 because of the compression difference, richer, or does that not have an effect? What is the reason for the compression difference in the first place? It's supposed to have the same effect as staged jetting, like on an SRX, right?
