Are Viper and Mountain Vipers shocks the same??

I looked at the OEM microfiche but they offer 2 options for each shock? Both same part numbers for both shock options trail and mountain versions.

I was wanting to know if the Viper front/rear shocks are the same off the Mountain Vipers???

But they are the same length right? You could swap them (Viper to Mountain Viper)?
