ive got an 03 mtn viper and all iv done to this thing is boyesen power reeds with 155main jets and a snostuff can and the sled does not want to idle and is very hesatent out of the hole its almost like you have to pump the throttle to get it going... im running around (3500ft) i had a secondary clutch issue and i replaced it with the one off my 99 srx 700 and it takes a second to get to speed iv only had the sled doing around 65mph in about 1/8 mile at WOT and iv tryed changen the belt no differnce any help you could give me would be great
make sure those power valve work properly and sounds like carb need to be clean ...

i dont really know how to check the valves ...but i cleaned the carbs 3days ago when i put the jets in it and my pilot screws are set at 1 7/8 turns i dunno what the issue is?

just do a search for cleaning power valves. There is alot of great info on here. Just a question when you open it up does it run normal, but when you let off it wants to die out?. Have you checked to make sure that your choke cable is adjusted properly.
