I bought a 98 SRX 700 late last winter. I only rode it for about 10 minutes before I put it away. Last weekend I pulled it out of the barn and fired it up and it ran good. I noticed that the temp light would flash all the time and I was told that if a power valve is stuck open it will do that. Today I decided to clean the power valves and in the process I noticed that all the cables were unhooked in the servo. I called the guy I bought the sled from and he had no idea why the cables would be unhooked. What would cause the cables to come unhooked? Can I just hook them back up or is there more to it than that?

So u havent opend the valve's them self up yet? there probably all pulled
through is why,no that should have not happend, tear into it and let us know.

:wel: to TY

Strange that they are unhooked, I would have my doubts as to the honesty of the previous owner. When you cleaned the valves, did you make sure none of the cables were pulled through? They will need to be put in the right slots and then adjusted since they were unhooked. You can use search to find all the info you need, Daman especially has many good posts out there about them. There is a couple posts on PV going right now in this section, may find the info you need in them. Definitely going to have to adjust them though.
