Porting and boring the carbs

i wanted to port my viper and bore the carbs maybe even shave the heads do you guys have any people to suggest for doing all these any help would be awesome thanks

what needs to be taken off the sled when if i decide to get my motor ported? the cyls?
its a possibility that i may have it done next summer.
