Heat exchanger

I picked up my 2002 sx viper 700 ER and i took it for a spin and put it into reverse and the sled pulled way down and i hit my heat exchanger i did not go through it but i do not want to so any help would be great. i have a 144 golddiggers on it.

No need to remove the track,you will have enough room to get them in.The protectors up front have a pin on one end and a plate you rivet to the belly pan on the other.You drill a hole in the top of the tunnel,then put the pin end of the protector in the hole you just drilled.Then you just pop rivet them in from the bottom.Its easy.The rear are even easier.
 
You will need to buy a long drill bit to drill the holes up front because there isnt enough room to get the drill motor in there if you use a short drill bit.
