Seafoam ?

The PALE OIL, NAPHTHA, and "ISO" alcohol you can buy for about 2.00 to 3.00 a gallon, get a 5 gallon STEEL ungalvanized BUCKET and use their msds and LOOK AT THE PERCENTAGES and make FIVE GALLONS for about TEN DOLLARS.... you'd have enough SEAFOAM to last you A SEASON OR TWO for ALL YOUR VEHICLES for the price of TWO CANS of seafoam.... THE TRICK IS,,,, KEEP the container TIGHTLY SEALED and in a CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE ROOM!!!! The ALCOHOL, when left open,,, will ATTRACT MOISTURE and RUIN your seafoam!!!! The PALE OIL AND NAPHTHA will also evaporate if not kept tightly sealed... Let us know when you make a 5 so we can MOOCH some from you....Gary oles nosboy

Check out youtube, punch in Sea Foam.Engines are my life,if I were you I would stay away. This crap causes more problems for people than help. Its no substitute for proper engine servicing.Mind you some people on there aren't using it correctly.Dumping it intake[or in brake booster hose] is surely detrimental to your engines health.

I had tried searching for FITCH and nothing came up. I was thinking I had read about them in an earlier thread.
The whole reason I asked these questions in the first place is, I'm installing a set of SLP pipes on my 02'MM right now and I just want to protect my motor. I have always been careful when it came to my fuel system as I have stated in a earlier post. I am just wondering if their is a product that would maybe give some added protection to what I am already doing? Bad gas is already my enemy....

pale oil is basically a light colored lubricant that really has a mild smell, that the "trades" use for processing/ lubricating suede and leather to preserve it.. it has a bunch of other uses, but the majority is used for lubrication...

Thanks for the info. There are some subjects and threads I know I have read, but could'nt find them later. Even my own. Soc
