My fiber bushings are worn out on my heavy hitters giving me alot of slop in the weights. Does anyone sell just the bushings or do I have to replace the weights? thanks

i believe you can get replacement fiber bushings from fett bros. if not, you can just make some out of delrin or brass on a lathe....easy fix.

They are the same bushings that cat and polaris weights use. Should be able to get them at a aftermarket supplier or dealer.

yeah, but don't he cats and polaris sleds, have a 1/4" hole in bushing, instead of the 5/16 (8mm) hole on the yamahas?

Get them straight from TPI.. And while you are ordering get the black yamaha spring. You might like it better then the Purple Maxx spring you have. The other choice is the light blue heel clicker spring.

The heavy hitters I have use 1/4 " bushing. Pretty sure they are all the same.

That simple order for bushings turned into $125 at least. They sell the "new improved" bushings in a kit with their install tool for something like $24.95, it was their oversized rollers for $79.99 that broke the bank. I need them and they are cheaper than stock, same thing I told the Mrs. I grabbed some tungsten washers too, the lady I spoke with was very nice.
