Just wondering? my tunnel is starting to crack its not bad at all yet. but it will obviously only get worse if i leave it.. I've been looking. cant really find much of anything for reinforcement.
Where is it cracking and can you get some pics posted?
First thing you might try , (depending on how its cracking) is to drill a hole at the end of the crack. That may help stop the crack from going farther.
As far as reinforcing, it all depends on where the problem is.

It cracking on the right side near the middle of the tunnel .. there was a different suspension installed.starting to crack where a hole was drilled that's not being used for stock suspension.

what i did on one of my sleds was just stop drilled it like sno xr said then i gotsom 1\8 inch allu and just plated it and rivet to the tunnel
alittle late for this now but when i changed my rear suspension out i put a bolt thru the empty hole with large fender washers on each side and a nut it the tunnel , it never cracked after three years yet. try putting a plate over the hole like shaved said , put a bolt thru the plate and original hole and rivit the four corners of the plate.
