Tach Reset Update

Well I popped the stator and found my answer pretty quick. It had a bit of oil on it so no wonder it wasn't cranking out the necessary power. My problem is indeed the stator but even more so I have to replace the seal.

I have the motor out of the sled now can you crack just the lower end of the engine to replace the seals. It seams that I have all the bolts out but it doesn't seem to want to come apart. Anyone have some help here it would be appreciated.

maybe u forgot some bolts somewhere ...and they have a kind of silicone between the upper and lower case
