start stall electrical issue?

i am having some issues with my sled starting, its been doing it for years but its gradually getting worse. when i start the sled it immediatly stalls, even if you give it throttle it still stalls, i pulled one of the wires of to see the spark and right after it fires it drops spark to all cylinders, sometimes i will pull it 10 times before it finally stays running, i noticed if i disconnect the white relay it starts everytime but with the white relay disconnected i dont have lights or tach, im thinking it has something to doo with this circuit, i already replaced the relay and voltage regulator but no luck, any ideas?
 
look like something is going bad from stator to cdi or from stator to rectifier ...i think mr viper make some post about wiring getting bad where it goes out on motor from the stator ..went u take off the relay it take lesss power from the stator maybe just a bad wired from stator or haft broke
 
Sounds like a good starting point to me. Try to follow that circuit, sure sounds like its rubbed and grounding somewhere.
