hey
i have a question about adjusting the powervalves. does i use the same allen wrench that i used to loosen the 2 bolts on the housing to put between the housing to measure the gap? it says 2.5mm but i think the wrench i used to take the housing bolts out were 4 or 4.5 mm. let me know if i uses another wrench to measure the gap between! well anyway i used the same wrench that i used to loose the 2 housing bolts to measure the gap between the housing for adjusting the pv's. let me know if i have to use a different wrench. i will adjust them over if i used the wrong wrench!
thanks

Your cables have been too loose, so the valves aren't being pulled open all the way. Do you watch your rpm's very closely? I'll bet you'll see a few more rpm's on top end now. Don't know whether you'll feel any "seat of the pants" improvement or not.

u need some clutch work, get those rpms down to 8400

clutching is all stock and all new parts was from cb performance parts! i was looking at a dyno for a viper and your not loosing no power from 8500-9000.

i dont really believe your not loosing any from over 500rpms, but either way it will be stronger if you throw more weight in the clutch and get it down to 8400

i dont know why it would be revin at 9000 if my clutching is stock. was like it with my stock pipe and only mod i had done was boyesen reeds. and im sure that wont boost up the rpms to 9000

vipers tend to overrev from the factory, that plus any wear on the clutch parts will do it too.

also, just cause its stock doesnt mean its best.
