what size chain came in a 01 SRX? i know some years had a 13 wide chain and some had a 15 wide chain.

will Polaris Gears work on the Yamaha shafts? i think i remember reading they would on here somewhere.

yep they do work but you have to remove like 1/16-1/18" off the shoulder on the back of the gear so your chain runs in line.or use a narrower spacer behind the polaris gear.put the two gears on a flat surface and you will see what has to be removed.
