Providing your limiter straps are not excessively tight, if you are not getting ski lift with adjustable transfer rods installed, either you installed the rods incorrectly, or you have them adjusted so that it won't allow the suspension to transfer.

all the way down? the higher you thread the rod the more transfer you will get . the greater the distance between both pieces the more tranfer.

you want a 50/50 gap on the t-rods when u are sitting on the sled. let the limiter straps ou tso u have about 15mm of threads (1/2 inch) to achieve the 50/50 gap u need to play with the big rear shock, when i installed mine it all happened to be perfect,

Do I need to do any thing to other shock or just leave it alone?

tighten your front shock, loosen your rear shock, let your straps out, and start with your rods at 50% and adjust from there. You should be looking at blue sky if you have a decent track. I wouldn't trail ride hard with this set up, I broke the head off my front shock and many guys broke their a-arm. Racing setup only. I run an M10 so I haven't had a good holeshot for years. lol

I also have an 2001 SRX and could not find any transfer rods last year when i was building my sled up a bit . So what I did was changed out the top (thicker) plastic shim with a thin one on the stock t-rods and man did that work well. The first run I made was on real good ice and I hung the skis for 150 yrds with 192 studs. The front of the sle came up about 6 inches and stayed there.
I wonder if you can just remove the top one from the sled and ride it.
