Using an online conversion machine, it said 189 km/h equals 117 mph. -Ed

Stock 03 viper, have seen 115 on the dream meter (when new). Just seen 106 on there Saturday (short run, not enough room to let her stretch her legs out completely). Have not had a chance to use my GPS yet. Seems hard to go ALL out and watch the darn GPS too. -Ed

well with a CRAPY clutch set up loose belt and (mayb a broken pv cable no sure if it was broken at that time or not) i hit 160KM/h on a flat road with about 1 foot of semi packed snow... ill prob b back one here n see what she reads when i get my new pv cable in and have my clutch set up decently for propper rev and belt tention.
127mph (speedo) on an early '02 Viper with stock track, no studs. Magpie reservoir near Dubre' Ontario in '02. -30F, packed snow covered ice. Took over a mile to get there.
Never seen it since.

did 103mph on the GPS this past weekend across semi packed snow on ice. I wouldn't trust the speedo's too much, mine was off by more than 20 km/h

My speedo would kinda flip between 118 & 119 first couple of years I had it.Did 106 on the gun when it had over 11,000 miles on it with a broken exh. cable.

I saw 118 on speedo good but not perfect conditions, seemed like it had 1 or 2 more mph left. Ran out of room. About 1/3 mile. I am geared down 1 on top 21/38 so that meant I was at about 2 % into overdrive. I am trail ported only, No Pipes. Heel clickers & roller secondary. 03 Viper

Hey Ding, "Magpie reservoir near Dubre' Ontario in '02. -30F, packed snow covered ice". Now your talking my backyard. Conditions are always a little on the cooler side with lots of snow.

The speedo needle on mine ends up down near the middle warning light at the bottom of the gauge.

I haven't been up there for 2 years now, but used to go as much as I could.
