OK, searched alot of posts and have some clues? But not all the answers.
Problem: Sled started acting up when switching from high to low beam. High, no problems; Low,acted like TORS was problem. Then lost non-ignition electrical when tapping brake lever in High beam and tach stopped working at idle and non ignition dimmed intermittently. Now I have nothing at all (no more ignition).
I just had the motor out pre-season and checked/re-routed the motor rub problem. Should be OK there.
Tried the owners manual check (remove white relay), still no ignition.
I noticed a rub/cut thru on the yellow/black wire from the kill switch. Does anyone have specs on testing the kill switch for resistance so I can check it out?
