Change miles to kms On 08 LTX

If it's like my 03 rx1 or viper...hold the odometer while sled is running for ten seconds, it should flip from what it is now to the other...repeat to go back...
 
To switch the speedometer, odometer, and tripmeter between kilometers and miles, select the odommeter mode "ODO" and then push the "SELECT" button for at least 10 seconds while the machine is running. Hope this helps.

This is the correct way, although the sled doesn't have to run.
