My buddy has a 81 440 srx that is in mint cond. too. He would probably sell it, so whats it realistically worth?

Delaughter Racing Products located just outside of Minneapolis. Probably one of the best Yamaha builders out there. Small shop, not a motor mill, and has his own dyno that he sets them up on. Here's his website.

800vmax4 Do you have the FIII port specs for the Vmax 540. I have both sleds and would like to set a spare engine up with the FIII specs. The vmax 540 porting up date is basically the same port timing as the 81 SRX ,just a little different transfer port timing. If you have the FIII port specs any chance I could get them from you.

Dave does all my race motors, and just about everyone elses. Cant speak highly enough about him. It can be a SLOW process getting things out of his shop, but the wait and bill are worh every penny.
800vmax4, please share thoes specs as well. i would like to tackle my own motor just for the fun of it
