Was doing some racing over the weekend, and when i take off where i have real good traction the sled pulls to the right real hard.Is this caused by one limiter strap being tighter than the other.Or are there other adjusments i need to be doing also?

Uneven limiter straps can cause the sled to pull.

check your rear axle, measure off the drive sprocket shaft to the rear axle.

yep check out the limiters straps!!
Also inspect your "W" arm to see if its cracked or broken...Herky said:

mine does the same thing but pulls hard to the left limiter straps are set equally and had the suspension out and w arm is ok plus did the suspension tightning trick posted by mr viper, i think it`s just the torque of the engine please correct me if i am wrong.
