When I leave my sled for a while or it get's really cold out, it will not start. I pulled the plugs and they are as dry as can be. I pour a liitle gas in each cylinder and it fires right up and runs good for the rest of the day, even starts after stopping and sitting from place to place. Go to use it the next day and same problem. Could it be the fuel pump or choke? Thanks

Traditionally this is a cold starting machine. All of my Yammies have been. Once it's warmed up. Runs flawlessly.

I had this exact thing happen to me on the weekend gone by. Just got back from a 3 hour ride and stopped to make some clutching adjustments. Went to restart the sled after about 1 hour and nothing. Tried no choke, and full choke and still nothing. Figured I must have flooded the machine so I pulled the plugs and they were dry as can be. Put some gas in the cyl and it fired right up and ran flawlessly the rest of the day. The only thing I can think of would be a fuel pump or gas tank vent line.
Might be worth a look at the gas line coming from the tank to the pump there may be a crack there somewhere allowing air to be sucked in and letting the gas to run back into the tank while sitting.Other than that it could very well be a weak diaphragm in the pump.
Does anyone know it the gas line in an 00 SRX runs up and over the airbox close to where it mounts to by the tank. My 98 SRX was like this but my 00 is not. There is a spot for the line but its actually down lower. Just wondering if there was a change or if someone messed around with my gas lines.

My 01 srx does the same thing when it sits outside over night on a real cold night, Is there a check valve on these sleds, where it keeps the gas from going back into the tank and making it hard to get fuel if it sits a while?

check pump out put like fourbarrel said and all lines to start with, also could
try killing the motor with the choke at the end of the day, choke plungers
working right also..

there would still be gas in the float bowls..I dont think gas running back to the tank is your problem.gas would not syphon out of the carbs! your problem most likely is with the enricher.perhaps not lifting all the way up!

Yea, it may be my choke, The choke lever is slacky right now, Maybe it came out of adjustment again, because i can pull and pull and it wont start if it sits over night, but if i give it gas in the cyls shes going and good for the day... My buddy has a 99 srx and his starts like 7-8 pulls EVERY morning regardless of temp... I'm thinkin its my choke.
