Who Has BEST deal on studs?

there all pretty good nowadays.all depends on what you want to spend & package deals.give rich a pm or call & he will definitly be able to help you out more.great guy to deal with.
 
I just got 96 Woodys Megebites for my new track. I went with 5/16" because the old track had 7mm snostuff studs, but had alot of bent studs. It also had plastic backers, they were always coming loose.
 
meag bites were always a good choice.depends on how aggresive you wanna ride/corner.etc.yeah dont go to long.maybe 1''..or you'll be bending & pierceing holes that you dont want.there is so many options & patterens to do the sky is the limit..go with aluminum backers...you can go with single & double backers etc..
 
I install Accorn Racing, studs this year, 1" 5/16 with aluminum backers. Cost was $1.40 each come with lifetime warrenty against bend and breakage. I bought from John Master's Studs.

He was hands down the best price when I studded my venture last winter.

These studs he has really hold up well as well.

Aluminum backers work great and that's all I run, but I never have seen anyone with plastic backers have any luck. The guys with plastic backers usually have a lot of missing studs.

Not all plastic backers are created equal....have run Fast-trac stainless with plastic round backers in many sleds for many years..... no problems to date....
 
Thanks for the help, I had a friend of a friend hook me up. I bought 144 extreme max studs, backers and nuts 1.25 length for $160
