you need to modify 97 sx upper shock brkts and you lose 1" of ride height

i used them one year on my viper, chicks dig them but they only looked good. it made the sled into a slot car on the trail but it rode very rough. to install the brackets, you need to remove your upper rubber mount, repace with aluminum and drill and tap a hole for the lower mount hole. There is not much metal for this bolt to grab so be careful tightening it.
