Hello, I just picked up a used 1.25 ripsaw track with 192 studs that look like they are 1/4 inch above the lug(not sure the exact size) for a very good price and theres only 200 miles on it. My question is will it fit on my 02 viper?, or what do i have to do to make it fit without rubing?
the track will work ...the studs are questionable....might have to use smaller drivers if the studs are too long ...

Different drivers, like i will have to get smaller ones for my shaft?, what size would i have to get and would i have to change my gears?

You'll need 8 tooth drivers. I would invest in anti ratchet, with that kind of traction the track will ratchet if it's not kept really tight. You'll be kicking yourself for not making the extra investment( royal dist ). If your not all about top speed i would leave the stock gearing. I will pull much harder on the bottom. Just shave two teeth of the speed ring on opposite sides to correct your speedo..

save your $$. you don't need 8 tooth drivers. chuck your axle in a lathe & turn the drivers down. cheap & simple & no regearing. take out 48 studs. you don't need 192 in a viper, 144 is plenty.

Hey that sounds very effective, but how much should i take off of the drivers? Also I was going to take about 24 out, cuz i do have tripple pipes on it and need to hook really good on the ice.

cut the drivers down untill all the surfaces are even. put axle & track in tunnel & check clearance @ front heat exchanger. if not enough take off more. 144 is plenty for a piped viper.
