hi
my brother was crusing on the river with his thundercat 1000 and his buddys sx viper 700 and he usually play with him (speed wise), but this time he was having a hard time staying close to him...once we got on the lake tcat died, he thought it was a piston or other motor problems but his plugs are fine, compression is fine, but it dont have any sparks anymore.
any one have an idea on this??

did you try bypassing the kill switch .....i have seen many with bad switches ....just unplugg and use a jumper wire and connect

Check the output of the stator.

Maybe instead of the T-cat getting embarrassed by having a sled with 300cc less than it run with it, it decided to fake being sick. If you are in manceona I can direct you where to go to have that T-cat running like a champ until it decides to break again.

other thing, i was reading a forum the other day and was reading that when buddy let go the throttle the motor has trouble going down to the proper revs. it takes a bit time to get it down to 1800 original idle rpm
