no problem with an 1 1/4.
I put an 1 1/2 on my VMAX, but I had no tunnell protectors.

Same here 1Fast.. Got a 1" track on my 94 and about 1/2" clearance around the front drive. Could go 1.25" but I drive in deep powder all the time. If I went to the 1.25" it would really start robbing HP. When ya hammer it in the powder lots of snow is getting pushed right back inside the top of the tunnel, and without sufficient clearance the engine is wasting HP pushing all that back thru the small space. Trails would have no problem. Just remember to include enough room if you ever want to add studs!

Are you running studs?
If so, account for that extra height.
I don't know much about the tss chassis, but on out proaction, you can run 1.25 no issue, as long as you don't have studs. If you want a 1.25" track and studs you need to go from the 9t drivers to 8t ones to make it work. I can't imagine the tss are any dofferent, and may actually have less clearance than the newer chassis.

YEP 1.25 fits 1" seems to work great on both my 96' Good traction and room for studs if need be.
