Can be driving along fine at any RPM and sometimes (not every time) when I let off the throttle and then hit it again the engine doesnt react to the throttle. I have to let it idle right down to about 2000RPM (basically stop) before it will recognize the throttle. any suggestions?? or anyone had this problem??
today I cleaned the carbs (floats seemed to be working good) , power valves are clean, and clutches all cleaned, and I tried unhooking the throttle override with no luck.
Thanks,

Cable is sticking
Did you unhook the throttle override and connect the two connectors together to bypass it? The two connectors on the wire harness side need to be connected to each other for bypass.

Your throttle cable is likely too tight and is activating the TORS. Sounds like you bypassed it and the sled runs fine. Remember that the TORS is a safety device. Better to run with it enabled if you can.
Yes, Ding is correct. The most common problem is the throttle cable being adjusted too tight. Here is a thread that has some info on adjusting and testing the TORS system.
