replacing srx skis with skidoo skis

i can get a set of skis frona 2004 rev 550 fan i measured they are same gap for mount just not sure if i have to do anything else to mount this skis ,so have anybody ever done this before

ya they are off 2004 rev,precision dual runner plastic with aluminum mount just not sure if i have to get diferent rubber stop
 
I just put them on mine. Huge difference in darting. I got lucky and purchased a complete set off ebay 3 months ago that included the bumper and a bunch of spacers. You may have to use some washers and cut your bumper to fit. I'm sure they are different.

just tried them i think i need to add a block under rubber block about 1/2 inch thick to fill in hole in aluminum mount
or find different blocks not sure
 
i put some usi skis on mine, had to make a spacer about 1/2" thick also, worked good. I used a piece of nylon material & milled it down to the right thickness.
 
I just put these on my 98 srx. I used the Rev hardware and the rev rubber block. It worked well. You know the little metal grommets that are in the mounting hole in the aluminum? Flip them around, So put them in from the inside of the aluminum girdle, instead of them being put in from the outside. This is just like adding spacers the the inside, I'm pretty sure I added a thin washer to each ski to get it to fit tightly!
