layin it all out there...

Ok so where else should I be looking? Do you think it is a wiring issue sill because
I have checked both switches and they are working. What I did to test the switches is with a multimeter I turned to the the beeping setting and held the leads in the two TORS wires. I then pulled the throttle and the multimeter either made a noise or stopped. Any other suggestions??

it could be a wiring issue or cdi, switch on the rack is ok too you said right??
2mm play in throttle too right??

tyler my sled WAS running ok with it bypassed but then i started loosing spark in the 3rd cylinder. two different issues though. my TORS should b fine now that i found that broken wire

Thanks beekman!! You have me excited to go and check the wiring at my handle bars!! When this problem started on the trails it seemed every time I started to turn right the TORS would act up. I could drive a left hand circle all day in the parking lot but as soon as I went right the TORS would act up. I wonder if it is grounding out?

Ok so I started looking at my wiring around my handle bars and I need to know what I am looking for? All my wires are in plastic tubing with electrical tape in them.

How easy is it going to be to see the rub through? Should I cut back all the black tubing and look inside or will it be easy to see???? I know this sounds like a stupid question but I just don't want to get in over my head by cutting into all the wires.

if there in plastic tubing up through the handle bars it's probably ok just follow tors wires up from engine to handle bars,if it's faulting only when turning right must be a bad wire, just need to find it.

Good News! I think I found the problem. I started cutting into the wires and look what I found. I would have never check this if this site didn't have such good advice and information. I’m not going to get a chance to try it tonight because I need to buy some shrink tube but I am pretty positive that I have found the problem. Thanks Daman and BeekmanSRX for all your help!!
