if a Yami tripple engine were turning in reverse direction (just like a Rev with RER), would the oil pump continue to pump?

Kind of need the steps taken from a forward running engine to reversal.... Trying to get my head around this... I have zero experience with a V4... never even seen under the hood of one... any info is appreciated..

at the top of the housing vs bottom.so when it starts is running backwards(CCW)vs (CW)on a traditional sled.
